I have been living in Cairns for a few years now and have discovered this little gem. 1st time I had the fish battered and chips and fish cakes. 10 out of 10 . So I went back again for the 2nd time had some burgers from there selection again 10 out of 10. Just wanted to thank you for the amazing job you guys do from the time you are greeted by the lovely staff to the finished product....I have been a chef for 35 years and it's good to taste really delicious food cooked right. It also Makes a huge difference when the oil gets changed you can taste the difference in the food .. I'm am now regular. Thank you once again and can't stop telling everyone about your place.

Burger wasn’t how it use to be. No salt, sauce on the bun so it was all soaked up by the time we started to eat it. Meat Patties dry . Chips were absolutely tasteless, taste like they’ve been in the freezer for too long and very dried up after cooking. Paid $60 for 4 burgers and chips and they can’t even supply me with a take away bag to carry the items. Won’t return, don’t recommend.
We ordered dinner on our way home from an event, and there was no waiting time. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding! The burgers were amazing, and the chips were fantastic! We also found the prices to be very reasonable. We've been going to Hava Snak for over six years and have never had a bad experience. We're very happy customers!

Posting publicly very shocked After being a long term customer over many years. The standard has dropped and the menu that you see is not the price at the register very very disappointing. When challenged they refuse to admit it is there web site. Thumbs down from us not there first disappointment or there last is my guess
I've never had a bad burger from this place. If you're up for a challenge, see if you can finish the Havasnak Deluxe Burger in just 30 minutes!
Just dreadful the battered fish was brown and smelled awful. dumped the lot. Used to be good not sure what’s gone wrong here.
Friendly and helpful staff, covienintly located, good parking, oh! And they've got the best fish n chips in Cairns,
