Haven is a restaurant that we really enjoy. The food is excellent. We had made a reservation for their outside patio two weeks in advance. However, on the day of our reservation, they called to inform us that we would be seated inside due to the weather. It turned out that they were hosting a large event for the Kentucky Derby, which had been planned well before our reservation. This event filled up the patio and much of the inside of the restaurant, causing it to be very crowded. The noise level was extremely high, making it difficult for us to have a conversation. The bathroom had a long wait of 15 minutes. If we had known about the party, we would have chosen a different date for our rese...
The dinner and setting (outdoor patio) were great. It was a Saturday night outing, so the noise level was appropriately elevated but, for the day and time of day, not too bad at all. Our server was excellent but he had too many tables starting about halfway through our meal. I don't know of someone called out or if the restaurant was a bit off on their staffing level, but it was noticeable. Again, though, it was a very nice dinner and I would recommend going.
The food and experience were amazing. We sat on the patio and there was live music which was lovely, but we found it a little loud. We probably should’ve sat inside but it was such a nice night. Over all this was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely be back!
The trout at this restaurant is always delicious. We tried the Lemon Ricotta pasta with added mushrooms and it was fantastic! The noise level inside was quite loud, so for a more peaceful dining experience, it's best to sit in the covered heated patio. Book a table now
We had a wonderful dinner! We were able to have conversation without screaming and the food was superb. Absolutely the best grilled artichokes ever! Our waiter was attentive and did not rush us. (I did request a quiet table ahead of time).
As usual all of the food was amazing. I usually can't make it to dessert but did and the carrot cake!!! So good, probably the best I have ever had-save room!
New server, manager did step in. Would have been tight for lunch if meeting on other side. Not a great experience but food was delicious
