My group came here to celebrate a Bachelorette. We made a reservation ahead of time and our table was ready for us when got there. Everything on the menu looked great, and everyone in our party was very happy with their order. We all got cocktails and mocktails and all were delicious. Then we proceeded to get some dessert and it was the perfect ending. I had to take off a star for the long food wait. It seemed that tables around us all got food except for us. The waiter continued to apologize for the wait, which made us know something was off. It wasn't that busy to have such a long wait for 7 people, but it happens. But this wouldn't deter me from returning at all.
Food was great, even when the waiter Danny tryed to ruin our dinner night. Intentionally messed up the order, just ate it instead of sending back. My wife was upset cause he kept staring at her in a way where she felt harassed because of her outfit. Could’ve been more professional or request a new server next time. Brought up the issue to the manager Jay, and his response was so appalling I can’t even write it in the comments. Very unprofessional and very disappointing Friday night
Haven, what a story for a Friday night, not the slightest bit in a good way. What happen to the excellent customer service the workers use to provide, now all the workers and bartenders are just miserable or partying with their friends. No time for random or non regular customers, huge no thanks for next time. And when the manager Jay finally try’s to help the situation he completely made it worse
It’s a NO FOR ME… the views are great but I can get the same views at any of the several restaurants along the Hudson Nj side. The food is subpar the service was terrible and the Management was awful. The hidden credit card processing fee was ridiculous and a first for me in any NJ establishment. Definitely won’t return or recommend. The management was extremely disappointing!
