We've been here once before, years ago, and they didn't have anything gluten reduced for me to drink, including wine, seltzer or cider. We were hoping it would be different this time since we ran across a canned Saison by them a year or so ago at a bottle shop in Durham.Initially we were told they didn't have anything for me. But upon further discussion, one of the people we were speaking with remembered that one of their tap beers was a collaboration with another brewery in Burlington and Clarex was used as the clarifier. The picture of the flight, without the cookies, was from my first visit and the group of my friends, and I actually all decided to visit just that next Saturday. Parking was a little bit tough with all of the vendors set up everywhere, but once we found a spot, it was awesome! Ending our day here, at Haw River Farmhouse Ales was just perfect. This farmhouse style brewery is tucked away in the bottom of an old mill facility. Kudos for the repurposed use of space, and kudos for making phenomenal ales that clearly have a style. These are the kinds of beers I strive to brew. Subtle and satisfying.I've been meaning to check this place out for years, and it's nice to come on a quiet afternoon where I can enjoy the springtime weather in peace.Cheers, folks!

Excellent brews with some of the most unique flavor complexities I have ever tried. Definitely in my top favorite breweries in NC.
