I went to this little cafe based on what I had been told and reading the reviews. It is easy to find on a main route through to Brompton and in an upcoming trendy historic suburb in Adelaide. The service was friendly enough although nothing special particularly as I said that I hadn't been there before and wasn't sure what to have. No suggestions were offered so I ordered coffee and a friand. The food on the board was well-priced particularly in comparison with many current breakfast menus but nothing really seemed different or interesting. The friand didn't come out until about 5 minutes after my coffee which is way too long. The coffee itself was very weak with a burnt taste. The small coff...

Hawker Street Cafe is my closest Cafe to work. I have been there numerous times and have always enjoyed the food and coffee. They have some great specials from time to time to temp my taste buds. The walls are usually adorned with artwork from local artist and they add that changing landscape to the interior, I usually go for the BLT which is always consistently good!My only wish is the kitchen stayed open a little longer as I have late lunches!Great coffee and as one famous Australian said "do yourself a favor...."

My friend Josh highly recommended this as his local.Brekky menu on the wall was easy enough to follow. Had a gorgeous smoothie with banana, cocoa, almond milk and coffee.Beans, bacon an eggs was brilliant; smokey house made baked beans were super tasty with gluten free toast. Other boys had the big breakfast and were left satisfied.Didnt try the coffee but Josh highly rated it.Room out the back for extra dining room. Decor was pretty quaint and casual and lots of art on the walls.Check it out.

Great little cafe in a fabulous area. I had the best BLT I have ever had in my life! Coffee was good and service was fabulous. Many good natural and vegetarian options available as well. I immediately felt as though the staff knew me even though they did not. Share tables inside and outside although some smaller available. Will definitely be back! Book a table now

This place is definitely different. Nothing pretentious. It's very much a 'hipster' style cafe. Old clashes with modern/retro. No rhyme or reason to anything but service and food great.
