I recently enjoyed a truly satisfying cup of coffee at Head In The Cloud Coffee. The coffee had an incredible strong flavor with subtle hints of other notes, and the best part was that it wasn’t bitter at all! It’s one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in Melbourne in a long time. Traveling from quite far out, I made sure to try their Houjicha, which was excellent, as well as the Leaf Chai. While the coffee was amazing, the Chai was definitely the highlight—its lovely aroma and spicy kick were unforgettable. Now, I can’t go back to your typical powdered Chai.
