Food (8/10): Not the best Turkish food I've had, but being possibly the only Turkish food in the area, its decent. The food seems a bit bland by Turkish standards however it's still tasty. The garlic and chilli sauce complement the food well. I had the chicken shish, the portion was decent for small however it felt a little overpriced at almost £7. For my appetite it was fine. Salad portion is generous too. Next time I would ask them to cook the chicken well done. It tasted just a tad bit rubbery. Very minor point but it was cooked fine. The food here is Halal. On my first day and meal in England, I'm happy to say it was a fantastic experience. I ordered a Mixed Kebab so I could sample a bit of everything, and the portions were quite generous. Everything was fresh and delicious! Additionally, as a cancer patient, I chose not to disclose my condition, but the staff noticed my FFP2 mask and cane and were incredibly accommodating. Truly, they were some of the kindest people I've ever encountered.
I had a fantastic evening at this grill restaurant, and the food was delicious. There was a wide selection of dishes at affordable prices. I ordered the mixed kebab, and there was a generous amount of meat. My companion had the chicken kebab and absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this place, and it’s just a lovely short walk from the hotel.
I was really impressed! I ordered the mixed shish kebab and the young one, which I really enjoyed. The meat was perfectly juicy and tender, with a nice crispy exterior and a delightful smoky aroma. I was extremely impressed by the service at this place, welcomed by a smile, very helpful in selecting, providing all option available and for a takeaway style place, serving me at the table. Good food, texture and taste, great stop when feeling peckish and on the go.
The doner kebab and fries from this restaurant are incredibly tasty and juicy. I always make a point to stop by whenever I'm nearby. The customer service is friendly and attentive, making it definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
This restaurant has a very friendly atmosphere and is great for families. It's the best spot to enjoy fresh fish and chips, as well as delicious chicken kebabs, all paired with a cup of tea.
