Situated in the revitalised harbour district of Hafenweg of Munster, Heaven, we were told, was the place to be seen of an evening. We were lucky to receive a voucher from Groupon.de to visit Heaven for a meal and having only been here once before, (which was lovely) I was not disappointed second time around. We were sat outside and even though it was June, it was still...a little chilly, so the waitress bought be a blanket, which was great. I ordered the yellow Thai chicken curry and even though it was hotter than i remembered from last time, it was still full of flavour and very filling. My husband ordered the pork fillet steak and said it was cooked perfectly. The Heaven beach bar during the Summer is the best experience in Northern Europe. The fine weather and great atmosphere bring out the best in the people and dancing with strangers is no rare thing. The club itself is large and even has four poster...beds for those times when your dancing feet are ready for a rest. The vast smoking room is a pleasure in a country that allows mixed smoking normally. I prefered the option of staying smoke free in the main club. You aren't meant to do this but on fine days when you are relatively sober, the canal offers a great opportunity to swim and mess about with the students. Oh to be young again!
I wanted to like this restaurant more, the location, in and around a converted waterfront warehouse, is fun and unusual. There is atmosphere and if you are here, sitting outside with a group it is easy to smile. But the service is desperately slow, they...warned us that the steaks take time, so we went for other dishes, however it took nearly an hour to deliver a Pad Thai! The food was on the good side of average but it needed to be better to overcome the frustration of the wait. Place your food order first, then have a few drinks and perhaps you will not be let down by the speed of service

Had dinner at this restaurant with three colleagues. Our Spanish friend chose this restaurant for its good Thai dishes. We chose grilled meat with one side dish and one sauce each. The service by a young waiter was friendly, efficient and understanding, the meat was...tender and of good taste. However, we never had such small portions at a restaurant in our lives! When commenting to the management on this we were told we can order additional food at an extra cost! Notwithstanding the excellent taste we will never have grill or BBQ at this place again

The location in the harbor area of Münster is nice (especially during summer) and I like the interior, but that's not enough to feel like being in heaven... It was quite cold inside and since the smoking area is open to the restaurant, smoke came...drifting in. The food was OK but neither great nor original. Two of us had Pad Gai where the menu states with cashew nuts ..yes...with exactly two for both of us. Service could have been friendlier too.

if you don't like meat, don't go here. it is a fully on steak house experience with well cooked steaks in the heart of this house. unusual building in as much as a renovated shed, but this does not detract from the atmosphere. Excellent for groups.
we were in a party with customers. it's a bit like sitting in a shed but not allowing them to eat of which was excellent and the service was good, and not all that expensive.
