I recently stopped by Hector's Deli at 1/94 Buckingham Street in Richmond and was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it an ideal place for a satisfying meal. I tried the rare beef sandwich, which included tender slices of rare roast beef paired with horseradish mayo, parsley pesto, and pickled onions, all served on perfectly toasted bread. The flavors blended beautifully, creating a delicious and well-balanced taste. I also ordered the small potato salad to go with it.
