My second time ordering takeout from here. It was pretty new the first time coming and the owner talked with my boyfriend and I about their story and food. I had the Heights Birria Platter which was amazing and has a great portion size. (My boyfriend and I split this and an appetizer def filling). When I opened the foiled wrapped tortillas OOH, the smell was amazing. They give you a side of cosume which is drinkable. The meat has a pleasant cinnamon undertone and paired with the sauce was perfect. I would prefer more onions and cilantro in the consume or on the side. I cannot express enough how amazing the food was at this restaurant. Every dish that was served was exceptional, and just when I thought one was the best, the next one proved to be just as incredible. The owner was very friendly and took the time to guide us through the menu, and his recommendations were spot on! Overall, the entire experience was delightful; I highly recommend this place.
My sister and I discovered this place on Yelp and decided to stop by, despite the few but positive reviews. The menu looked amazing, and we were not disappointed! The only thing I would change is having a bigger appetite because I wanted to try everything on the menu. I'm seriously considering going back on Sunday for the paella. We visited this restaurant for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. Although the front facade is under renovation, don’t let that deter you from trying it out. The service was fantastic and the food was outstanding. We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends. This place is wonderful—give it a try! It's BYOB, and you'll be glad you did.
The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delicious, and Eric, the founder and manager, was outstanding! You can tell that a lot of passion and care has gone into this place. The cuisine is also quite unique for the area. I would HIGHLY recommend it!
