The asparagus soup had a strong lemon flavor, overpowering any other tastes. The main dishes were served cold and had a mediocre taste. There are much better restaurants in the area that I would recommend over this one.
The food was delicious, but the appetizer with asparagus soup was so big that we were already fed up at the main course But it was a fantastic experience, and we definitely come back next time when we are in Hamburg.
I had a wonderful experience at Heimat. The wine service and recommendations were perfect. The cuisine was modern and refined. I highly recommend it. Bravo!
