After an appointment in Riedlingen, I made a stop at Gasthaus Neuhaus in Bechingen on the return trip. After I had room outside, an operation came after a short waiting period. To drink, I ordered a crystal wheat from Zwiefalter Klosterbräu and a Swiss sausage salad for dinner. After a short waiting period, the cool barley juice came and shortly afterwards also the Swiss sausage salad. The sausage salad was served fresh with bread as a supplement and as a good protion as you can expect in a local economy! Although the Gasthaus Neuhaus in Bechingen is a rustic inn, it can definitely be recommended!
who loves traditional Swabian cuisine with selected dressed and tidy portions, should be served there in the refreshed restaurant atmosphere for its satisfaction. (because the toilet rooms with archaic currents of the 50/60s provide a joy: tradition is offered and lived here in time. ajk70
