After our red-eye flight, we decided to stop by this restaurant because we love starting our trips with Chinese food. We requested some special dishes, and the chefs exceeded our expectations with a delicious menu tailored to our preferences. We enjoyed the house special chow mein, crispy beef, and Hunan chicken. Food is good. But customer service is as nasty as can be. I hope my message comes across so that they can correct their customer service and treat them nicely.Putting customer on hold for over 10 minutes, and having to call store multiple times in order for someone to pick up the phone to make sure order is processed correctly, and then getting yelled at by store owner or manager is unacceptable.
Lakewood's best-kept secret! The food is absolutely delicious and always served piping hot. The portion sizes are the largest you'll find, and the prices are the most affordable in town!
