Helen's Hot Chicken

I 'm coming in here from Upstate NY for an event and wanted to have some authentic hot chicken. I saw so many people on here in the reviews say a local recommended this place . Those locals do know a good chicken place. The girl who was taking my order was so friendly and answered any questions I had and checked up on me and how I was doing after I had received my food. Wasn 't a long wait at all between ordering and the food coming out. Do not listen to any of these bad reviews because this place has some of the best if not the best chicken I 've ever had. Great food! Best hot chicken in NASHVILLE. The flavor at the Jefferson St location is better but the Smyrna location is still really good. They make everything fresh to order so it does take at least 20 mins. The mild is as high as I will go and I like hot stuff (from NOLA)

According to the website the three piece tender comes with 2 sides-it's pictured as such as well-but there were no sides. 14 dollars for 4 tenders is nuts. Also, I paid for two different sauces. They only sent me one kind.

Unfortunately the chicken tenders were not thoroughly cooked. My mom had to pick around getting the cooked meat thus she could not finish due to that. On a plus, the flavors and seasonings were outstanding!

Supposed to be hella hot they lite don 't even try this is the third time this location has given me plain seasoning nobody coming here for basic fry batter seasoning I want HOT Chicken
