We travelled a long distance to experience this place but the experience was poor. We didn't mind queuing outside for 35 mins but when we got seated the service was seriously poor. 10 customers in a small cafe with 4 staff tripping over eachother in a small space behind the till. I've been in bakeries with 2 staff serving hundreds of people per hour. Only Half of what we ordered actually arrived, the rest was forgotten about! We were never checked on by the server so Eventually I approached the till and asked to pay for just what we had recieved so we could leave and get a proper breakfast somewhere else. The toast consisted of a hard, thin but long slice of bread with a thin coating of avocado, ricotta and tough ribbons of unpeeled cucumber. The side salad was dry with virtually no dressing. The cold brew was very good, served in a small water glass. I would not return for the food. In terms of the vibe, it's a small space with a cool design, lots of magazines, and friendly staff. After seeing hello, kristof mentioned in some lissabon coffee blogs I knew I was visiting and it was not disappointed. we had only time to grab a takeout, but the decoration, service and general vibes were excellent. oh and the coffee? Perhaps the best flat white in lisbon?! it's definitiw up there. a must! with love, a self-announced coffee snob x

Hip and tiny, Hello, Kristof, is perfect for your caffeine needs. It's got a great vibe, but I opted for a takeaway cappuccino two days in a row, so I didn't spend any time inside. The cappuccino was fantastic. The staff is friendly and this spot is really cute. I'll be spending more time here and tasting more of the menu when I return.
É uma pena que só com a chegada de turistas a Lisboa é que podemos ter acesso a coffeeshops de qualidade na cidade. O café é de grande qualidade com uma carta simpática de salgados e doces que nos convida a um momento relaxado e descontraído, a ver o eléctrico 28 a passar à porta cheio de turistas.
Stumbled upon this cafe while near green street. It's small with friendly staff and most importantly they have gluten free bread which can be substituted with any of the roasts on the menu. Vegan options as well, would definitely recommend!
