I want to extend a special thank you to the staff at Hello Robin U-Village. This morning, my son received two vaccine shots and a blood draw, and he was promised a cookie afterward. When we arrived at Hello Robin, the store wasn't open yet, but to our surprise, the staff unlocked the door for us and treated us to a surprise paper bag filled with four cookies. They wouldn’t accept any cash payment or tips, which was really thoughtful. They turned a challenging morning into a wonderful day! Thank you so much, Hello Robin staff!
Really solid cookies! They're a little on the sweet side but definitely delicious. The flavors are more innovative and explorative; I like them better than Crumbl but not quite as good as something like Levain which has perfected classic flavors. However, still worth the visit if you love cookies.They have some seasonal flavors which was interesting. There was a blueberry and corn flavor I think which I found pretty exotic tasting.
I got the Mackles'more, molasses, GF chocolate, totes oats, and chocolate chip oatmeal.All of them were great. The sizes of the cookies are a bit on the small side, but the price is reasonable so it doesn't matter too much. Nice for a quite small dessert.I would highly recommend the Mackles'more. Sounds weird but works perfectly.

The cookies are on point and the ice cream is delicious. The real gems here are the staff! We've become quite regular and my toddler is OBSESSED with everyone and how kind they are. Shout out Lilly for always making a tiny human smile.
