I’ve been here 5-7 times over the past year and it’s totally gone to the dogs. I was there this week and the server said they had a recent change of ownership. I immediately noticed the menu was very stripped down to cheaper food items with the same price as high end items. Here are the simple points of my experience. The servers were overloaded. The food was very sub par. The manager came to check on us after more than an hour after we arrived we and only had one round of drinks. My daughter got her food and we sat and watched her eat while we got not attention from the staff. Ultimately we asked them to cancel our entrees which was simply two salads. The manager begged us to take the food...
Went there on a Saturday Night, 5pm reservation. Ordered the Chinese Chicken Lettuce cups. After 20min, the waiter said the Chef didn't like the chicken and would not serve them. So we ordered the Charcuterie Board... the meat was dry and smelled horrible, the rest of the board looked like it sat in a cooler for a few days prior to serving. We ordered dinner, pizza for the GF and Steak for me. I ordered mushrooms instead of the mashed potatoes. After another 20min, I was informed they were out of mushrooms. Finally, get our food and the steak was disgusting... ordered medium rare, got well done and it was drenched in some nasty sauce..... definitely won't be going back... not even a 1-star.
Four of us for 6:30 pm dinner. Ordered wedge salads. Ran out of iceberg lettuce and substituted romaine without asking if wanted to change our selection and brought it to our table. How do you run out of lettuce at 6:30 dinner hour???? Place more than half empty. No price adjustment. Asked for extra dressing. Never came. Ordered mixed platter. Lamb and chicken dry and over cooked. Servers very nice but service sporadic. ? Best thing about the meal was the wine which we brought from home.
The overall experience with the food was just mediocre. The calamari was a bit overcooked, although it had a decent flavor. Unfortunately, the lemon chicken was quite bland, although the portion was generous for the price. In general, the dishes lacked flavor but compensated somewhat with their size. While it was a bit overpriced for what you received, it wasn't the worst dining experience I've had.

I've been looking forward to trying this restaurant for a while, but sadly, it didn't live up to my expectations. The food was just average and a bit disappointing. However, I'm willing to give it another shot because I believe it’s not fair to judge something—or someone—based on just one experience. I'm hopeful that my expectations will be exceeded on my next visit.
The restaurant was not close to full yet we waited 25 minutes for cocktails that never arrived. The server, hostess, and manager kept huddling like something was wrong. When the diners behind us said they waited 45 minutes(? to get their food we got up and left. I politely told the manager as I was leaving, and he replied...not at all.
The food came very slowly and cold and preparation was upsetting We want to give this restaurant another try but after the dinner, we will nit be back. The server was embarrassed also with the food he has to serve. Items the menu but also not available. Something has to change or it will be out if business.
Took an hour and a half to get our meat platter after our order was put in wrong and manager was uninterested to help us out. Good food, but surprisingly bad service and accountability for their mistakes.
