I had a disappointing experience at Henry shop in Vienna airport. The lady employee who assisted me, and wore black spectacles, was extremely rude and racist. When I asked for assistance to get rid of some coins as I was leaving, she repeatedly insisted that the amount was not enough, even though it was sufficient. This made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the employee made discriminatory remarks, which were offensive and humiliating. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect regardless of my race, ethnicity, or any other personal characteristic. This restaurant will save you from hunger before your early morning flight. We had food from the hot buffet. They served two types of scrambled eggs, sausages, baked beans in tomato sauce, and more. Prices here are quite high. We paid 25€ for two small breakfast portions with half a baguette and one cola. Don't get carried away when loading your food, so you won't be shocked when the cashier charges you a high amount.
