My husband ordered a birthday cake for me the week of October 18th. The cake was picked up on 10/21. He was specific about the colors he wanted since my birthday is in the fall. I ordered a 1/2 sheet cake for my husband's Air Force celebration. I had been very specific and even sent pictures to ensure it would look like the photo. However, when the cake arrived, it was nothing like what I had requested. Instead of a tropical beach cake with the Air Force Wings symbol in the right corner, it was just plain white with a blue background and writing. I ordered a cake for my daughter last week. Over the phone, I was told it would be $11.99, so I decided to go ahead and order it. I requested a baby blue cake with clouds on it. The woman on the phone asked if I wanted any writing on the cake, but I declined. She mentioned they couldn't put it on the cake board, to which I agreed. However, when I picked up the cake, it was not only the wrong color (navy blue instead of baby blue) but also had strange, blob-like decorations that did not resemble clouds at all. We have been regular customers for years and have never had a negative experience. The cakes at this restaurant are always delicious and beautifully crafted, and their sugar cookies are the best I have ever tasted. I saw a review mentioning a missing name on an order, but I believe this can easily be avoided if customers confirm their orders before leaving. It appears that their cakes take a while to prepare, so it would be a shame if someone did not show up to collect their order after all the time and effort put into making it. I recommend getting desserts from here, as you will not be disappointed.

A cute bakery with some sweet delicious treats. It doesn't get better than that!I came on a random Monday to satisfy my sweet tooth, and they didn't let me down! I ordered the cookie sandwich and the caramel petit four. The buttercream used in the Cookie Monster was perfect and you could tell it was homemade. The chocolate chip cookies were ok, not the best but not the worst. The star of the show was the caramel petit four. It was soooo good! The breading was so moist and soft. It was cooked perfectly! Next time, I'll have to buy more so I can share!
Hermitage bakery has went down hill this past year. The water cookies that use to be just like beckets has no Flavor. The petite four cakes are dry. And the short haired lady that runs the place is a rude rude person. And they lost the best cake decorator. This place sucks now. Time for new bakery
