When I first entered the restaurant, I was immediately greeted with an unprofessional attitude. Having worked in a restaurant before, I understand that it can be a stressful environment, but customer service is key. Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant as my food was undercooked and my brother's meal was not prepared properly. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she responded with a dismissive attitude when I requested a replacement due to the undercooked food.
