this is a good location for a pub/bar/restaurant. we are looking to drive into the opposite, so that we checked for a house that is the opposite we have stopped here for drinks and eating. to be on the sea, it makes it a great place for socializing or even on my own, I would imagine. yes, it seemed busy, but the employees were very friendly and fast delivered our drinks and later food, of which I had a local store and we shared picky bits from the menu that went a tasty bite. toilets were clean and tidy. the parking spaces are abundant. they managed to fit us even though we had not booked and it was a busy bank holiday. our waiter was jack who was attentive, professional and extremely competent. he was obviously busy, but has managed all his tables so well, he made his job easy, but it is not. in other pubs/restaurants it was a pleasure to serve from it. the food was also excellent. will definitely return.
Fantastic location obtaining beautiful views over a lake. The staff are helpful and friendly and help add to a wonderful atmosphere. Food is once again fantastic and certainly great value for money. We had the fish and chips with minted mushy peas and the garlic chicken. Would definitely recommend and will look to visit again.
very nice, cozy and romantic place to eat or for a date. the staff was absolutely helpful and friendly. eating was delicious and the portions are just the right one. price is understandable for this place. parking is available next door.
