"Although not the family style in the home type Heurigen, this restaurant is very traditional and has great food, wine and service. The night that we were there they had a three piece band. It can get quite busy. Try and go when no bus groups are expected, call ahead."

Good Food But Very Poor Customer Service. While many others around me were attended to, I had to go up and do self service. Would not even bring the bill, which was the norm for people around. On waitress does not help out the other's customers. Why bother us attitude. So I did not bother with the main meal.

I was here with my partner Brunch and absolutely loved. The staff was friendly and attentive. The woman who served us prepared some eggs on request for toast, even if she was not on the menu. The local apple strudel was also excellent. The absolute winner is the heavenly backyard. Very recommended

Although it wasn't bad, it's a tourist trap. The menu is modest and not particularly delicious. I was advertised as #1 in Grinzing, then I noticed it was #1 out of 3 restaurants. You have live music that is too loud, especially since the restaurant was the most empty.
