Freshness! I have always chose Hibachi Blur because it taste “fresh”. Yesterday I learned that all the meats and veggies used are cut fresh daily. Which means your chicken, steak, or shrimp is fresh never frozen! The veggies are bought locally and never frozen either. I think it’s great to see local businesses giving back to their community. The staff is always friendly and caring. It meant a lot to see the owner take time and give me a tour and explain the process. This restaurant is fantastic! The food is consistently fresh from the grill, and the white sauce is absolutely delicious. My personal favorite is the hibachi with scallops, which are wonderfully tender. I find myself wanting to eat here at least once a week. The prices are quite reasonable as well. The owner is always present, ensuring everything runs smoothly and maintaining a clean environment, which really reflects in the teamwork of the staff. This place is definitely worth a visit!
I love visiting this restaurant. It's a Halal Hibachi spot, making it a unique find in the Triangle area. My top picks are the Spicy Tuna Roll and Hibachi Steak. The owners are welcoming, and the best part is the fantastic food at such affordable prices. It's not a fancy place, but the quality of the food is excellent for what you pay. Whenever I'm in the mood for a quick bite, I often stop by here.

This is probably the best Japanese food I've ever had. I love that their veggies aren't cooked to mush and still have a bite to them! Will definitely order from here again. The only complaint I have is nothing tasted very seasoned, but I'm sure they do this to allow you to choose what sauces you want without meshing flavors.
Hibachi Blue is a great place to get together with friends and have some amazing Asian food. The variety of tastes is just amazing! Just moved to the area, and I’m coming here every week. The customer service is amazing. The people are very nice, and the owner is very kind. Definitely recommend this restaurant!
The dumplings were overcooked and had a mushy texture on the inside, and there were too many mushroom slivers in the soup. However, the hibachi steak was good. Some of the vegetables, like the broccoli and zucchini, were undercooked.
The new ownership has certainly enhanced this restaurant. The quality is excellent, and the yum yum sauce dispenser makes it one of my favorite hibachi spots!
