Hide-Chan Ramen, a popular Japanese ramen shop, has several locations in New York City, including in the East Village and Midtown. Known for their rich tonkotsu (pork bone) broth and springy noodles, Hide-Chan Ramen offers a variety of flavors, including classic shoyu and miso, as well as more unique options like kimchi and curry. The shop is always bustling with hungry customers, and lines can be long, but the flavorful bowls are well worth the wait.

One of the greatest dining experiences I've had. I've worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years now, and I must say, the service was incredible, along with the food and atmosphere. The waiter that served me and my lady truly made it his business to make sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. Highly recommend the steak bites and kimchi!

The staff were so friendly and prompt even when we came in 20 minutes before the kitchen closed. The veg ramen was SO GOOD, light and yummy with an amazing yuzu sauce. The spicy miso was creamy and well spiced! The beef no ryuko was also a hit at our table! The spicy gyoza were DELICIOUS definitely recommend!

Delicious food we had sweet potato tempura, kimchee fried rice, ramen with shrimp, vegetable ramen, gyoza, and kimchee appetizer. Service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious (kimchee fried rice especially) and the casual ambiance cozy and comfortable. We loved it. Book a table now

Highly rated for mid-town this ramen place offered a quick meal of ramen and poke bowl. Portions are average. The ramen broth was flavorful and tasty. We had made a reservation but found we were one of two tables therefore no reservation was necessary.

I never wrote reviews, but I have to do this time. Best ramen or Japanese restaurant in NYC. Best in US.
