everything suggests that hiltl rests on its laurels as one of the oldest vegetarian restaurants in the world. They are very good in marketing and opening new restaurants, but they will not be the same dynamics in the food and even less in the badi...restaurants on the positive side: a very nice bar to lunch with a view of the sea, very nice staff and an alternative to the classic kitchen. for improvement: always the same dishes at the badi, in the same way cooked. almost never hot tellers for the hot dishes they inevitably eat cold. not much choice in the evening and the best part is the famous house made ice creams that have no taste. please, put some chocolate in the schoggi brownie eis. Die Badi wäre ja nicht schlecht, wåre da nicht die Bademeisterin. Alles wird penibel genau kontrolliert und korrigiert. Freundlichkeit absolut nicht vorhanden, sprich die Dame hat wohl vergessen das Sie im Dienstleistungssektor arbeitet mit zahlender Kundschaft. Weshalb keine Schwimmhilfen gebraucht werden dürfen, konnte Sie mir nicht erklåren. Aber der Ton war scharf und knallhart. Die Erfahrung hat uns gereicht, dann lieber wieder öffentlich an See.

The downside is it costs me about 25chf to fill my plate with a generous amount. They have a...great bargain for kids under 12 to fill a cup for only 5chf, however I am unable to pass the veggie nuggets off as the real thing. The fries and jalapeño poppers are about all the kids will eat, unless you have a salad eater.

War letzten Sommer einige Male da und ist super gemütlich und eine angenehme Atmosphäre! :)Am Abend (ich glaube jeweils Freitags), spielt ein DJ gute Musik und es können feine Drinks geschlürft werden :)Über Mittag hat es jeweils auch Geschäftsleute, welche ihren Mittag bei feinem Essen verbringen - wenn du ohne Badekleidung kommst und nur das Restaurant besuchst, muss kein Eintritt bezahlt werden...
Dank dem Hiltl im Seebad Kilchberg habe ich die Vielfalt der vegetarischen Küche schätzen gelernt. Wir haben in den letzten zwei Sommersaisons (2014/15) oft hier gegessen und waren immer begeistert. Die Auswahl ist gross, deshalb kann auch jedesmal gut variiert werden. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich. Die Preise für ein Badrestaurant nicht gerade billig. Aber: Qualität kostet zu recht!
I try to like this place. And go repetitively because it's the only place at this lakeside swimming area. It's vegan but it's not healthy. Lots of oils and fried stuff. I have major gas every time I eat there. Taste is ok but the...after feeling consistently awful for me
they hardly notice that they serve only vegetarian food with the tasty dishes offered. Buffet style and easy to choose, a bit expensive, but great offer for a badi restaurant! our children love the small children's bowl options (height.) great coffee and healthy drinks.

what a beautiful place for vegetarians. we loved eating. the restaurant is on the lake. the personal is super friendly. it is a swimming area so that they can swim in the pool or in the lake.
