Worst Hilton Garden. Huge difference between remodeling (without disclosing) and disgustingly dirty. The elevator hasn't seen any kind of cleaning in 2020. Upon arrival had to switch 3 rooms because the first two were obviously not clean. The bathtubs in all 3 rooms had soap scum in the tubs, hair and smelled atrocious. I was prepared to disinfect and sanitize regardless, but never like this. Spent $18 on cleaning supplies and almost 2 hours. The staff is LAZY and move in slow motion. I observed the male staff member was sitting in the same spot, in the same chair in the lobby from the time I checked in, the next evening on my way out to dinner and I swear he was there when I returned from d...
I'm a Hilton guy and travel nearly every week. I tried this location as it's only a few miles away from one of my business partners. Besides another hotel, gas station, and a DD (Dunkin Donuts) you'll not want to venture out. Luckily, if you need a good breakfast or other meal, half of the lobby area is a bar and restaurant. Staff is friendly, front desk is staff is efficient and professional. Rooms are standard for a Hilton Garden Inn, and very important it's clean. So it comes down to this: it's not an experience. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, don't choose this. However, it's function and clean, and for business travel...it works just fine.
I've never been a fan of Hilton and after reading some poor reviews my expectations were pretty low. This was actually the best Hilton I've ever stayed at to date. It was super quiet and very clean. I'd be happy to stay here again. If you are at the bar take time to ask Judy about her past careers. I found her stories a delight to hear and loved hearing about the time she spent as a wrestler.
bar at night barmaid doesn't know eagles are on at 7:30 even though it's a preseason game. all personnel should be aware of this since that's what people want to watch. ask for my check she leaves don't know where she goes why can't she use the register at the bar no explanation ? you can tell she isn't familiar with bar protocol not a place you want to return to
