I called and asked if it was possible to drop off my oxygen machine I use to sleep at night where I cannot just leave it in a hot car they said they could place it into the back room until check in. We arrived about noon and they happened to have one suite ready and said they would just check me in so I could place it right into the room.no extra fees were charged for the early check in they were super accommodating. The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was superb it was 10 dollars a person but well worth it. Our room was on the first floor near the pool. Unfortunately the smell of the chlorine was so strong that two people traveling with us were sick from it. That aside, the location was great. We walked to the mall a few times during our stay. Our room was bigger than we thought which was nice. The beds were soft, not firm, so sleeping was tough on our backs. Overall, yeah I’d stay here again just for the location.
They charge for everything. Your card gets ran for the 60 dollars, just plan on not getting it back. Paid for a breakfast and the power went out. Did not get any compensation. Save your money and just check in at cheap 2 star.
Great hotel. The kids loved the pool. Excellent location. I always recommend this hotel to friends and family when they come to visit.
