For many years I have been going to the Hinnenwiese with my family and friends.Last Sunday we sat in the beer garden and were served as always very friendly and cordial.The beer cake was just absolutely delicious!We are always happy to return there! :-)
Excellent starting point for a good walk. But not so much back. Fairly rundown outside (and inside) does not invite you to stay and drink it. Shabby serving area coupled with less than average quality and taste do not tempt you to come...back.
beautifully located forest restaurant with average German food. the service was reserved but friendly, the eating unfortunately only averaged, something above the level of a good pommesbude.
the restaurant hinnenwiese is located a bit remote in the forest, where you can also walk very beautiful hiking trails. indoors and outdoors you can go well with a good-bourgeois kitchen.
