The burgers were good (not great, but a solid good). The Oreo milkshake was the best I’ve ever had. We waited a long time for our to-go order, so I’d definitely recommend ordering ahead if you’re going that route. Overall we were happy with the meals, and they have a good kids menu.Side note: it bothers me that places ask for a 25% tip when they don’t provide any traditional service (outside of cooking your food). You order your own food, fill your drinks, and clean up your table after you eat. I always end up feeling guilted into leaving the tip that is requested (not required, so definitely my own issue, I know), but then I usually won’t go back (knowing my food will cost 25% more). So easy to order thru the app and excellent value too. Ordered 2 single burgers with fixings and fries for the grown ups and 2 kids meals, plus had it delivered to my house for $50. Quality is the best and the food was hot, inhaled it. Love the ranch and fry sauces. Thanks Hi Pointe for satisfying the burger itch.
This location is quite nice. The service was quick, and I have no complaints. It appears to be larger than the one in Dogtown, making it a great place to meet up with friends. However, I personally prefer the Dogtown location, which earns a solid 5 stars. The atmosphere there is more appealing for a burger joint.
Kid-friendliness: My kids can be quite picky, but they absolutely love eating here. The atmosphere is also fun and inviting.
