Hippopotamus staff do not understand bien cuite when it comes to steak. The two ordered we 're rare and ****? And the French fries were Luke warm.
Justine, waitress, did an outstanding job. Very attentive to our needs and able to chat chat pleasantly with all customers. She is a star !
