Visited for a meal whilst passing through on our travels. Good food and friendly staff, speak English aswell and have a menu in English so you don't have to translate if you're not confident. Only gripe was how long it took to get the bill but as we left and saw the queue out of the door realised it was because they were so busy!!! We got there about 6pm on a Saturday night and were the first in, by the time we left it was heaving so bear this in mind
Decided to give it another try but wished we hadn’t. Service was erratic and food was poor. Asked for extra condiments which took a long time to arrive. Food wasn’t hot enough that suggests meals waiting to be served from kitchen. Definitely will use other restaurants nearby next time.
We were staying locally in a budget hotel and got a 10% discount and our expectations were not high but we were pleasantly surprised. The welcome was positive, the staff friendly and the food good. If you are staying nearby I’m sure there are worst places.
Restaurant wasn’t busy but service was slow and didn’t deliver everything we ordered together. Had to wait for vegetables and fries. Entrecôte was small and expensive. Prices were high and standards not as good as in the past.
