Tonight I had one of the most frightening experiences in your restaurant.....I am still shaking and very upset. We were having a meal while visiting Paris. My grandmother, My sister, My Mother who has Cancer Diabetic Me who is terminally ill with lung...disease. We ordered of the Euro menus requested a children’s menu for my mother as she is diabetic and has cancer. Every time we have visited your chain we have been treated beautifully. This is why we chose to eat today in your restaurant. Our waiter when we explained our mother is diabetic was very rude and agressivo insisting my mother order a chicken burger without the bun from the main menu. Because of train schedules, we had to eat an early meal I honestly wasn't expecting anything great. Because we were so early, we think we had a waiter who wasn't really a dinner waiter he didn't seem very familiar with the menu. First,...he indicated a table to sit at unfortunately it was next to a table with rather wild children. We asked if he could move us and he very nicely set up another table for us. We asked for English menus and French menus unfortunately one of the English menus had pages with lots of sticky sauce on them. We showed him and he said of course and got us clean menus. Fik en T-bone som var totalt gennemstegt, selv om vi havde bedt om en medium. Da vi bad om at få den byttet, fik vi lang tid efter en ny, som godt nok var medium, men tilgengæld havde de skrevet to T-bone på regningen. Og de mente først, at det var som det skulle være, indtil vi brokkede os og selvfølgelig kun ville betale for den ene som vi havde fået.Vi bad også om mere sauce til de andre menuer som vi havde fået, det kom aldrig! Desuden var det meget små bøffer og ingen mulighed for at opgradere bøffen. Fik en oksemørbrad på 180gram, eneste mulighed for at opgradere størrelsen var at købe en ekstra hovedret.
Went to this restaurant last night for a special occasion after a long day at Disneyland. The waiter was rude and got our orders wrong several times even giving my partner a completely different meal. My steak was fatty and over cooked definitely not worth...the money. The bill was given to us before we could even ask for the dessert menu, being told they could no longer serve cocktails but then served them when I went to pay although we no longer wanted them increasing the total bill and were wrong again. Cenetta io e il mio ragazzo, attirati dai dolci occhi dell'ippopotamino. Entriamo. Topi in trappola. Ci sediamo in un "buco del..." e prendiamo il menù in mano, capendoci niente. Tre punti in meno. Non posso fare a meno di pensare all'immagine ippopotamica che mi balena in mente. Animale sfruttato. Triste scelta. Primo boccone, impressione: cibo scarso, costoso, rugoso e grasso. Noi abituati ad altro. La notte seguente è stata molto spiacevole. Sconsigliatissimo, alla larga.
Toujours de la très bonne bavette. Côté accompagnement, je choisis souvent le riz et leur fameuse sauce roquefort.Service rapide et surtout continu de 12h à minuit.Mon seul petit regret... la terrasse n'est pas accessible aux dîners. Dommage
Wanted to stop in for a quick meal but took over an hour and a half for lunch- we waited about an hour just to get our food it was not worth the wait. Mix up with the bill after, long wait for change,...etc.
We were there for dinner. A combo with meal and dessert. We eat Faux-File and Le Burger - both were very good and tasty. As dessert, we eat créme brulée and Mousse Chocolate - also perfect. I recommend. Book a table now
