I was trying to support a local black business on my birthday. Apon arrival there were 2 small groups of people waiting to be seated, the restaurant was empty so I 'm not sure why everyone was waiting. The hostess seated the other 2 groups while my friends and I waited. We waited for about 15min when the hostess informed us that she was waiting on the chef to clean silverware and then we will be seated. Meanwhile the restaurant has plenty of open tables. She instead gives us the menu to look at while we wait then proceeds to tell us they will not be serving drinks because they still do not have their liquor license. She then tells us there is a bar down the street we can go to if we want to...
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I came here on 9/17/2021 with my two sisters. It was a Friday night, so I called in advance in attempt to make a reservation. The lady who answered the phone advised it was first come, first serve. Cool. We get there around 7 PM she instantly tells me there 's a 45 min. wait. Fine. Mind you, there were only two parties seated at the time). We left came back a different lady told us they were not seating anymore people due to things being broken, machines going down etc. At that point, I was pissed because you wasted our time. We could 've took our business somewhere else we did) within that 45 mins I CAN 'T GET BACK. the crazy part was shortly aft...

This was my first time at the restaurant and the experience wasn’t great . They have no liquor so if you want a drink with ur meal that is out of the question . It was only one waitress serving the entire restaurant it was multiple people leaving out upset because of the bad service and the wait time . The reason I gave a two star rating is because of their pasta it was definitely amazing

The food was AMAZING!!!!! Our server was extremely friendly, attentive, and provided really good recommendations. I can't remember her name, but she had a pleasant personality. The atmosphere was great; adequate space for intimate dining and serene decor.
Food was good what they had available, but was out of everything. Waitress charged 18% gratuity for party of 2, scratched out party of 8 or more... And put 2 for a charge of 18% ...sad and pitiful
Food is great but I don’t recommend eating there. The waitresses are so rude it’ll ruin your appetite. Like I’m sorry I came here to pay you, my mistake...no need to be so angry about it.
