we were in the hotel hirsch and since it snowed, we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. this turned out to be a good choice. the food was delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive. my friends enjoyed their soup. my steak with late zle and drilling in the speckmantel was wonderful and medium prepared as I wanted. I was told that the fish dish of my friend was also very tasty. we found the apple strudel dessert somewhat disappointing, but it was in order, only not as we expected. overall this was a good choice for hearty German dishes.
Das Essen hat meiner Partnerin und mir außerordentlich geschmeckt! Ich hatte die Kartoffelknödel mit Schweinebraten und Krautsalat meine Partnerin die Bärlauchspätzle mit Sellerieschnitzel und Spargel. Ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Relativ schnell. Die Speisen waren sehr frisch und hatten erlesene Zutaten. Von der Portionen her auch üppig. Preislich für den Service auch sehr gut!
Wir sind spontan und ohne Reservierung in den Biergarten eingekehrt. Der Service war auf Zack und das Essen sehr lecker. Fazit: gerne wieder. Gerade bei Allgäu-Ausflügen eine tolle Adresse!
loved this restaurant. that was delicious. atmosphere was absolutely perfect. the personal was friendly and accommodating to our lack of German knowledge. a visit is worthwhile - not miss!

Habe an Sylvester dort gegessen…das war richtig schlecht…essen kalt…Getränke ein Witz…im Lillet war genau eine Johannisbeere…..esst im Restaurant zum Hechten
I had the bark soup and the roast port to dinner. both were pretty good. the dessert was incredible, however! we had the apple cheese strudel... delicious!
we ate several meal times including breakfast. all were very good eating and generous portions. the service was good with helpful and pleasant staff.
Super lecker gegessen im Biergarten. Vierbeiner waren auch willkommen. Toller Service, leckere traditionelle Bayrische Kost. Sehr gerne wieder.
