My wife and I were sitting at the bar and we had what we called the best sushi we ever had. We come from FL, USA, so we eat sushi and fish regularly. We had the Salmon Avocado roll and it tasted fresh, it was creamy and balanced. Sitting at the bar and watching the cooking team all dishes together in the cleanest environment just added to the experience and made us appreciate our meal more. The Miso soup was great and they treated us to two shots of chupitos We had the plum wine that was fantastic. I'd like to come back and I wouldn't hesitate to bring someone. A word of advice.
