It is for me the best bakery wide and wide, they still have a real old oven and the baked goods taste real, just like before. Just delicious. I can't imagine they're using baking mixes there. Everything is original and made yourself. In the small courtyard before you can stay and drink a coffee. Very friendly staff and very good service.
Hanover has incredibly many great bakeries. The Hofbäckerei is definitely one of the best of its yard. Whether bread, rolls, cakes or other treats, as the vanilla keeps here, tastes everything and you can see that the goods are made fresh daily.
Being one of the best bakers in Germany is fully deserved. In addition to the great atmosphere when shopping there are super delicious rolls, bread and cakes. We have been buying there for almost 40 years
