I was a little apprehensive to eat here given the Trip Advisor reviews but I'm very glad I did. I was here as a solo diner on business and I was made to feel very welcome. The fish dish I had was really well cooked...and the wine recommended suited it perfectly. Really great service too and I really enjoyed my evening as the ambience was just right. I will definitely be heading back as it was by far the best meal I have had in the time I have been in Hanau
I went in one night while staying in the area. Maybe I was a little early but it was very quiet. And the atmosphere was a little strange a very formal feeling most of the time, but the waitress that served me was...very friendly, not formal at all. The food was good, but basic. I had the peppered kebab and while the meat was good, the fried potatoes that accompanied it were not It needs to decide what level it aims to be
Ambience super beautiful rustic and romantic, beer garden in the yard makes a great flair. I would like to say that it was good but not good enough for the price. Such a food in itself (good) quality I got cheaper elsewhere.
We frequent this restaurant often and always have a very good meal. Staff is normally attentive and accommodating for English only patrons. Atmosphere is lively and the outside seating is very nice Book a table now

Good old fashioned German Hostel surroundings and usual large portions. Very reasonable prices, good service, good quality meal
The premises correspond to a typical old brewhouse, the staff is very nice and the food has tasted well. Recommended to visit.
