I participated in a group cross-country course with an unrelated organisation which used this store as the starting and endpoint, and I rented the material from this store for the occasion. The material was great (as far as I can tell, I'm no expert). What particularly impressed me is that after the teacher and the group I was with left me behind in the dark and I returned early alone to the store, the store took it upon themselves to make things right, although it was not their fault, and offered me a coupon for a free full day of renting material from them.
