The decor is stunning and there's a great selection of drinks, but the service was incredibly disappointing. The bar staff often seemed more interested in chatting among themselves at the end of the bar rather than attending to customers. One particular staff member, in particular, appeared to prefer socializing with the door staff over doing her job. That's why I'm giving it a rating of 2 out of 5.
I just walked in and was informed that it was last call. The staff member was extremely rude, stating that she finishes at 10:45 and we needed to hurry up. When I ordered a drink and requested ice, she bluntly replied, “well, we don’t have any.” This level of rudeness is unacceptable. I won't be returning.
I have only visited this restaurant once, and I was pleasantly surprised. We arrived early to catch the football on the big screen, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The staff were also friendly and engaging.
No a bad place and very popular so be prepared to wait at the bar. Quite a few seating areas down stairs and limited upstairs. Worth a visit if only for the gin collection. Book a table now
In the past had excellent experiences however incredibly rude female manager and extraordinarily aggressive bouncers unfortunately tarnish my opinion
