Hokkaido Sushi - Table reservation

I’ve been craving sushi for a few days and remembered I used to frequent this spot with my bestie. The Taco festival was going on and that was my original plan to have dinner. The lines were long and it started rainy so I decided on dining outside on the patio and listen to the rain.This is the first time I picked something other than TACOS ? and do not have any regrets.I ordered spicy edamame for an appetizer and a blue Hawaiian. The waitress told me it was a little sweet just to make sure I’d drink it. I had two spicy rolls and it was just as I remembered. I ate just about everything but the edamame. Believe me, I tried. The server was very friendly and did her best to take care of our large (12 peeps) family. The food was well prepared and the meal sizes were good. Overall, for a family-friendly experience I was pleased.Kid-friendliness: We had a 4 yr old, a 5 yr old, and a 3 month old. The waitress was attentive to our children and when the infant chose to rid herself of her meal we were helped with plenty of napkins and whatever else we needed right away.

We ate here last night for the first time. Our food was delicious and service from our waitress Becky was excellent! The atmosphere is really cool, love the old building features with Japanese decor. We will definitely be back, probably our new favorite sushi spot!Food: 5/5
