Hola Paella Catering Service did an AMAZING, AMAZING job catering my husband's birthday party. My husband and I are so ecstatic that we went with them. The food was delicious! Many of our guests commented about how good and impressed they were with the food; the variety, the amount and the flavors! Chef Fernando was very responsive and patient with all of my questions and he is so extremely talented. The entire staff went above and beyond our expectations. I love the paella. Soooooooo good! They did the catering in our friend’s 50th birthday party. They used fresh large shrimps, big scallops and plenty of squids. They were generous in the seafood, chicken and vegetables. Best paella ever!
Hola Paella was a huge hit at my office warming party. I am extremely please with their food and catering service. By far, one of my favorite vendors to work with. It was a pleasure working with Fernando and his team.
