The dining experience fell short of our expectations. Unfortunately, our order was not received by the kitchen in a timely manner, resulting in a delay in our meal. As a result, we ended up choosing the vegetable meal option, which included delicious mashed potatoes, green beans, and biscuits. However, the salad was disappointing, consisting only of plain lettuce and a few carrot slivers. The beets were overly soft and not as tasty as we had remembered from a previous visit. To make up for the inconvenience, we were offered a piece of chocolate cake, but we would have preferred complimentary meals or a future credit. The ambience was gorgeous but, Our server had little knowledge about hospitality service and would make excuses for herself during any mistakes were made. She also used sarcasm at a time that was unnecessary when we had a question about the menu. The final bill was screwed up by not charging things appropriately and was charged for a side item that was never brought to our table. The food was delicious and tasty.
Our original table was in a room with a party. Hostess and waiter were very kind and moved us. Great service!
Bryce was a fantastic server. The food was delicious and I had a wonderful birthday.
