great fish and chips, the fish was so big that you could call it a whale. a large fish and chips were enough to split between two people. boiled to perfection, scattered and blase without excess oil on the paper when we came home, chips were crunchy and fluffy on the outside in the middle. large service, was asked if we want salt and vinegar, but I prefer to raise my own when I come home.
The wife and I shared a large cod, large chips and battered sausage, and it was delicious. I'm not usually a big fan of fish n chips as they can be quite greasy. Considering we were the last customers, (nothing left in the glass cabinets on the counter), they whisked up a perfect battered cod which was nice and lightly crunchy. And we got proper chips, no scraps. Very nice
one for the best chippies I visited. catered for 10 of us and all ordering was freshly cooked and tasty. all staff were amazing, helpful. they would definitely visit again if we were in the opposite! thank you.
great fishing and chips to go. will go back in a definitiw if I have the permission. the quality of the fish is much better for many other places.
