"This place was so great! Being from Melbourne we didn’t think we could find such a memorable restaurant in Sydney! Holy Duck really danced on my taste buds, although simple the duck was packed with so much flavour! When we come back to Sydney we will be sure to check out Holy Duck again."

Flavourful menu and nice ambiance : Looooved their ducks! I have been reading google reviews about this restaurant and apparently I find a lot of negative reviews saying their duck is dry and very very salty. Their duck was just perfectly booked I'd say. Wasn't too salty even! It was really crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! Loved it. Also we had the tofu which is really good as well, we had some other menus but wasn't able to take photos.. The only negative I can say was their sticky pork chops, they were really overcooked and dry on the inside, I couldn't even chew it properly.. yes flavour was there, but wasn't cooked well. <br/ <br/ Overall, wasn't a bad experience at all.. w...

there they were to try their deenburger, but the waiter told me they don't make any burgers at the weekend. So I tried her brat escape as they are a specialist. Created the duck pork plated, containing brat and bratpork. both meats were dry and bland roast. deenhaut was not crispy as I hoped. there was something sauce above that was excessive should serve separately.

Personally, I have never been a big fan of going to Kensington Street. Finding a parking can be quite challenging. Public transport is probably the best option. So, when a friend suggested us to have dinner at Holy Duck, I was actually quite intrigued at the prospect of coming to Kensington Street. It was the end of winter and it was raining that day.

Holy Duck is famous for their duck dishes but it’s more than that. The duck shop has just opened a new branch in Castlecrag, Quadrangle Shopping Village, just right next to Bistro Mekong. The place has a similar exterior design compared to the one in Kensington Street in Chippendale, and the interior embraces a strong oriental feel.
