Wonderful service and fabulous food. We had the pretzel loaf- very tasty and delicious. We ordered the 3D Valley burgers w/Fritjes for both of us and we also asked for a side of beer cheese to go with our burgers. Great beer, great food, superb service and a very nice time spent at dinner. We weren't hurried to leave after we finished our meal as we sat in the choir loft. We will be back and I refer Holy Grale to all my friends and out of town guests.
Holy Grale offers an impressive variety of beers and delicious food. The servers are highly knowledgeable about both the food and beer, providing excellent recommendations. However, there appears to be some issues with communication between the servers and kitchen, as my order has been lost on two occasions. Despite this drawback, I still enjoy the restaurant and plan to continue returning.
The Bolognese was fantastic, but the rest of our dishes were just okay. The upstairs seating area was very cramped and the temperature was not well controlled. Our server also forgot to order our appetizers, so they came out after our dinner. Additionally, the drinks were slow to be served.
This restaurant is excellent! The only thing I would change is getting a larger portion of the Käsespätzle because it was so delicious, I wanted more! The beer cheese and pretzel were also delicious, and everyone loved the burgers.
