Holy Taco Cantina - Table reservation

We went last night for dinner for our second visit. It is our last. We both ordered taco platters. Beans and rice were just lukewarm, and the tacos weren't even warm. I politely asked the waiter to have my food re-heated. He came back with warm tacos, but the beans and rice were the exact same temperature as when I asked to have them re-heated, namely at room temp. Food servings were small compared to the high price and not worth the extra money. There are at least 2 great Mexican restaurants in the city where you can get great Mexican food served nice and hot at a much lower price.

holy taco is a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere that suits people from college age all the way to 60-70 years, who still like to enjoy living. there is hardly any bad service they will experience. we come here all the time and when they decide to stop by saying hello to lacy, the best waitress they ever find. they have no games to play or something, but they have singo and trivia. trivia is on Thursday and they give prizes! their drinks are a great value and they have a standard happy hour at most days!

we love love this place and have often come here for years, but the service quality has decreased. they really need to hire a new service employee. we sat 3 hours waiting to go because we were checked so often. it wasn't the fault of the waiting staff. they chased their back. but no fun experience.

amazing quesadillas! the tamales are also on the point. the rice and the chips were not warm, so that was a buzz. the main complaint is the beans with kidney beans instead of traditional black beans is quite strange.
