This is the most horrifying experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant in my life. The food was horrible and not to mention cold. The service was terrible. The waiters made me wait way too long to place my order and then to get my food so long to the point when I finally got it, it was cold, the kitchen, my spoon and the cups look like they weren’t washed. There were bugs and the parking situation was horrible. There is specific parking for the restaurant yet my car had a sticker on it for parking too long even though there’s a two hour parking limit and I was only there for one hour. The service here is absolutely terrible! Was trying to have a nice lunch date with my mom, 3 year old and 5 month old and as soon as we walked in got a sense that we were not welcome. No smiles and the two women looked unhappy. Not only that after we paid the check the older woman came and grumbled and made a fuss about the rice and food that my 3 year old dropped on the floor making it super clear she was not happy about it. I think there was a recent ownership change because their dishes weren't the same, and what we liked was their consistency. As a special treat, we would drive up from central NJ for their cold noodles, but sadly no longer. Their bibim noodles were so spicy you couldn't really taste anything, and their noodles (in general) didn't have the same chewy consistency. Food is really great (have had the seolleongtang and nangmyun), I'm not sure why other reviewers have given such low ratings. The gamja-jeon was also really good. Service is not anything spectacular but also not missing anything essential.
