New ownership has turned this place around. The food is very good, staff is friendly, service is quick, restaurant is clean and the prices are reasonable. Best thing to try, ask the owner, Ivan, to order for you. He will ask you your preferences/ allergies, and if you can let go and be adventurous, you will rewarded as he understands how to please hungry customers. Generally owners know how to order better than we do because they see what makes folks happy or not. Omakase, Chinese style.
The food at this restaurant was fantastic and well worth the price. I had the dry beef chow mein and chicken fried rice, both of which had great taste. The sesame chicken was perfectly cooked, and the honey walnut prawns and wonton soup were also delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
We recently tried Hong Kong City for the first time and were very impressed with the food! The menu selection was excellent, much better than the restaurant we have been ordering from for the past year. We have now found our new favorite Chinese restaurant.

The Dry Style Chow Fun with OX sauce is absolutely delicious. Although it may be on the pricier side, the portion size is generous and will definitely leave you satisfied. It's worth every penny!
Waited about 10 minutes and got my order. Pretty good food, and pretty quick as well. The street parking can be used. They can understand Chinese (Mandarin) as well as English.
