Hong Kong Express - Table reservation

Ordered Sweet and Sour Prawns to take away. When I got home I had been given chicken instead. Went in again next day to complain and was told very rudely that it was my fault because the order would have been read back to me and I must have said chicken. I pointed out that as I don't eat meat (I eat fish and veg only) that would be unlikely but the boss still insisted I was in the wrong. His attitude was appalling. He made me wait and go through the CCTV so he could prove it! Running the footage you could clearly see me saying prawn so he changed tack and told me I couldn't have my money back because I hadn't brought in the dish. I had to go and phone my wife and get her to drive up to Newpo...

The owner is absolutely pitiful. Asked us to move times from sitting at the bar which is apparently not allowed to another table and then to a different table. He openly said to a member of staff we did not matter and spoke to his staff as if they were worth nothing and looked at the girls as if they were a piece of meat and allowed them to stand and play with their phones. It is overpriced and most definitely not a welcoming atmosphere
