We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there, the hostess didn't confirm our reservation when we told her we booked them online and still got us to a table. Jerico's has been our point of contact for special occasions for years. Unfortunately, this time has not fulfilled all of our previous experiences. Usually the fillets (Knight's Cut) are incredibly tasty and tender. This time they were barely seasoned and had to be sent back to reach the medium kitchen we requested. This information was shared with both the hostess and our server. While the hostess offered to put another steak on the grill, we didn't want that as it would have been wasteful as we wouldn't be able to eat it then and we wouldn't be able to eat it at home in time. The food was very good. However, the service was not. It was a while before we came in and someone greeted us at the host station. Once greeted, we sat and then it took over 5 minutes for our waitress to contact us. We discussed getting up and going somewhere else when she got to our table. We ordered drinks and the wait began. We could see our drinks at the bar but again it took forever for the waitress to bring them to us. Overall, the only salvation for us that night was the food. It was very good. I had the prime rib and it was tops. I will try this again but was disappointed with the overall result mainly due to the lack of service.
I always look forward to the prime rib when dining at Jerico's. It's the top reason I come here for dinner. The blue cheese salad dressing is average and has an odd taste, but the wine servings are generous, even though the wine selection is a bit old-fashioned. The minimum age for entry is 77, which is quite unique. Despite these quirks, the prime rib is unbeatable and worth a visit for sure.

Server was incredibly rude. I never asked if we need to refill drinks. I never asked if the food was okay. Ordered a medium-rare prime rib. It came out medium good. My husband's middle rib was much rarer than mine. Just an overall bad experience.
